Joe Speed Band

Country/Comedy

We wanna take y'all down an ol' sandy road, to a place were Joe Speed sang amung scorpion and a toad. We invite y'all into the place where we be, so get yourself ready for the song of Joe Speed, We used to be men with the world at our feet, until we were shipped off to the far middle east. With Rifles in hand and sweat in our flack, our Guitars made the music that helped take us back. With songs of a pigskin and a brisk beverage draught, it helped us forget what our trip was about. With lyrics and heat and a pinch of the sun, we did what we could to make the trip fun. When all of a sudden what did we see?, a Gijams article for soldiers like me! We sang about beer and the joys of our home, it was then that we knew we wernt all alone. Thanks to you Biddy Schippers and Denny Randell, for giving us this amazing story to tell! We are two small town Wyoming boys who met in the Army and did two tours overseas in the same unit. We have been playing guitar together for a number of years and are very blessed to have found Gijams. Not only was it a connection to home from far away places, but now it's a constant source of motivation to do more with our music. We thank you all for your support and make sure to check out all the other great artists on the website.
