They are signed to EMI and GI Jams as part of a global administration and distribution deal. Destruction Evolution has a unique yet accessible sound that wins over any rock or metal crowd & has enabled them to open, for a diverse collection of rock & metal bands including Saxon, Dokken (twice), Texas Hippie Coalition (twice), Kamelot, & more, in addition to playing the South Texas Rock Fest with Queensryche, Saxon, & many other national acts. Destruction Evolution has also headlined some of the best live music venues in north and south Texas, including The Iron Horse Pub, The Rail Club, Clicks LIVE, Backstage Live & more. The song, "Relentless", was placed on a movie soundtrack (Mindsight - mindsightmovie.com), available on Netflix and they have recently signed on for a Dallas based production company to use their tunes in an upcoming film called “WOPS”. Destruction Evolution are:
- Steve “Sin” Sinatra – vocals; primary lyricist; Sin is a 20-year Air Force veteran who has served in Operations Desert Storm and Shield (1992) and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2004. He also performs the National Anthem at various sporting events to include, the NBA’s San Antonio Spurs, along with minor league baseball and hockey games as well as other events in the military community.
- Chris “Penga” Peng, Esq. – lead guitar and backing vocals; Penga puts every ounce of his soul into DE. This is evidenced by his Stevie Ray Vaughan/Zakk Wylde-influenced performances, which are second to none. Also an award winning guitarist, Penga is the primary music writer and lawyer for DE.
- Donny "Nails" Nall - Rhythm guitar; Donny is a professional guitarist with stage presence and character that is second to none. He has been a producer and studio musician with 20 years experience and over 10,000 hours of live stage experience and was very good friends with "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott. He has worked with numerous bands such as Pink Floyd, Garth Brooks, Pantera, Metallica and Megadeth. Donny was co-owner of his own recording studio, Platinum Effects in Arlington, Texas, and worked as Annie Lennox's vocal coach as well as David Gilmour's personal guitar tech.
- Jimmy "The Freak" – Bass; a multi-talented musician, producer and trained sound engineer, “The Freak” has won numerous awards for his performances with bass and guitar. He also writes a good portion of DE’s music.
- Richie “Bam Bam” Ibanez – drums; Richie is an eight-year Army veteran who served as a respiratory therapist at Brooke Army Medical Center caring for burn victims at the Institute of Surgical Research. Bam Bam is one of the most experienced & talented drummers in San Antonio. He has performed with numerous iconic bands from Austin and San Antonio. DE displays a "take no prisoners" attitude on stage with enough energy to power large metropolis. They have a habit of letting the audience participate in their shows by singing along via wireless mic and strumming along on "The Freak's" four string.
