Musician/Songwriter on a mission to bring a sensuous soulful groove to contemporary jazz. I'm a bassist/keyboardist born and raised in Texas and I've performed in various bands throughout the southeastern region. During my early years I was fortunate to watch and learn from some of the Houston areas brightest up and coming musicians such as Kirk Whalum, Everett Harp and Dwight Sills. After completing 20 years of military service to my country, I now have the time to devote to my passion of writing and performing my original compositions as well as those of my band-mates. My musical influences are very diverse, they include such artist as MarcusMiller, Bob James, David Sanborn, Norman Brown, George Benson, Steely Dan, Keith Urban, EWF and Prince, but my biggest influence are my lovely wife Michelle and my three sons Brandon, Jalon and JAZZ!
