A BEAUTIFUL CURSE was officially born in 2004 by freelance musician/producer Kenny James (who has worked with George Clinton and the P-Funk All Stars, 24-7 Spyz, Celldweller, The Samples, and so many more). The CURSE started as a part time project combining emotional/dramatic rock, electronica, and the downtempo/trip hop movement, but has since evolved into a full-time monster. Initially designed primarily for film soundtracks and music licensing (t.v. commercials, video games, etc.), A BEAUTIFUL CURSE is now a full-scale music project backing the debut cd "As It Should Be" released the summer of 2009. Yet, no matter its design, it's truly dream-music from the heart and soul. A collision of groove and mood for the senses. Kenny is currently a Sergeant with 1BCT 4ID deployed in Afghanistan.
